MARTIMUSBusiness Algorithms

Company

A business-first software engineering company.

Martimus Business Algorithms designs, builds, integrates, deploys, and operates the systems businesses run on. We are not an agency, an AI startup, or a reseller. We are engineers who start from the business problem.

What we believe

Most business software fails not because it lacks features, but because it does not fit how the business actually works — and because nobody stays to make it keep working. We build the opposite: systems modeled on the real operation, integrated with the tools already in place, and operated after launch.

We combine software, automation, applied intelligence, data and algorithms, and infrastructure into one system rather than selling a single layer and leaving you the integration risk. And we tell the truth about what is proven and what is not — on this site and in the work.

How we work with you

It starts with a conversation about the problem, not a pitch. We scope honestly, build in the open with you, and hand over — or operate — a system you can actually rely on. No cart, no checkout: engagements are scoped, proposed, and invoiced directly. The systems in our work — a commercial capital platform, a live remote-operations system, a hybrid matching engine, large-scale data tooling, and owned-hardware AI — were built by our team.

How we work

The commitments behind the engineering.

Proof, labeled by evidence.

Every system is shown at its true level — verified client work, internal platform, or working demonstration.

Security we can verify.

We publish the controls we can prove, and name plainly what is still on the roadmap.

Shipped systems, not decks.

What we present as built, runs. Concepts are labeled as concepts.

One team, end to end.

Software, AI, automation, and integration owned by the same engineers — you keep the outcome, not the integration risk.

Where we fit

Not a fit for everyone — on purpose.

A strong fit

  • Operationally complex businesses whose process has outgrown spreadsheets and packaged software.
  • Teams that want to own the system that runs them — not rent another per-seat SaaS.
  • Work where software, automation, data, and AI have to behave as one system.
  • An existing system that is fragile, risky, or fighting the business and needs rescue.

Not a fit

  • A $500 template website or a one-off logo.
  • A project with no real business problem underneath it.
  • Buyers looking for the cheapest possible seat, not a system they own.
  • "Move fast and skip the tests." We engineer; we don't hope.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do we own the code and the system?

Yes. We build custom systems that belong to your business — you own the code, the data, and the infrastructure choices. This is not a SaaS you rent: there are no per-seat fees and no lock-in.

Can our own team maintain it later?

That is a design goal, not an afterthought. We build tested, documented, conventional systems that match a style your team can read — so you can operate it, we can operate it, or you can hand it off.

Will you work under our NDA and security requirements?

Yes. We already work under NDA, and we are comfortable with your MSA, security review, and confidentiality terms. Sensitive detail stays out of anything public — including this site.

What happens if you become unavailable?

Everything runs on standard, documented technology on infrastructure you can control — no proprietary black box. Code, credentials, and runbooks are yours, so nothing depends on any one person staying.

How do you price and engage?

Engagements are scoped per project and invoiced directly — never through this site and never per-seat. We agree a written scope and proposal before work starts, then contract, then invoice.

Do you work remotely, and where do you deploy?

We work remotely and deploy where it fits the business: public cloud, private, self-hosted, or hybrid — then monitor, maintain, and keep it recoverable.

Where does the AI run — is our data exposed?

It can run on infrastructure you control. We build self-hosted inference on owned hardware where a third-party AI cloud is the wrong answer, so sensitive data never has to leave.

How fast will you respond?

A real engineer reads every inquiry. We reply within one business day — and if it is not something we can help with, we will say so plainly.
