What we do not collect

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites. The only thing stored in your browser is an optional light/dark theme preference, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.

How we use your information

We use what you submit for a single purpose: to read your inquiry and respond to it. Your submission is emailed to our team at helpdesk@martimus.io and kept in a private, access-controlled record so we can follow up. To prevent abuse of the form, we use a short-lived rate-limit token derived from your network address; it is used only in the moment and is not stored alongside your inquiry.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We rely on standard email and hosting providers to deliver and store your message on our behalf, and we may disclose information if required by law. That is the extent of it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with a valid certificate, and insecure requests are redirected to HTTPS. We will never request sensitive personal information by email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Martimus, do not respond to it — contact us directly at helpdesk@martimus.io.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, and you can clear the stored theme preference at any time through your browser settings. Email helpdesk@martimus.io and we will help.
