Unify Disconnected Systems

“CRM, accounting, portals, databases, and email do not work as one system.”

This is a business problem, not a product — so the page starts where you are, not with a feature list. Below: what the current state usually looks like, what actually changes, how we build it, the capabilities it draws on, and what happens after the first conversation.

The current state

Data is re-keyed between tools. Reports never quite reconcile. Every system holds a slightly different version of the truth, and staff stitch them together by hand.

What Martimus changes

An integration layer makes your tools behave like a single, coherent system.

How we build it

We treat integration as engineering, not glue. We map where each fact lives today — CRM, accounting, portals, databases, email — and design one coherent flow between them, with a clear source of truth for each. The tools you already run keep running; what changes is that they stop disagreeing. Data moves once, automatically, instead of being re-keyed and reconciled by hand.

Capabilities we combine

This is a solution, not a single capability — we combine several:

What you get, and what happens next

A running system — scoped to your real problem, deployed to the right environment, and operated with monitoring and recovery in place. It starts with a conversation, not a contract.

FAQ

Unify Disconnected Systems: questions we get asked.

Do we have to replace our CRM or accounting system to unify things?

No. The tools you run keep running. An integration layer defines a clear source of truth for each fact and moves data once, automatically, so the systems stop disagreeing.

Why do our reports never reconcile?

Usually because the same fact is entered in more than one place and no system owns it. Fixing reconciliation is a data-ownership problem before it is a reporting problem.
