Working technical demonstration

Large-Scale List Engine

A data engine that deduplicates and suppresses across a 56.8-million-row dataset, partitioned for throughput.

Here is the honest version — the problem it was built to solve, what we actually built, the result, how it works under the hood, what it delivers, and where the same pattern fits another business. Nothing is inflated, and anything client-identifying or proprietary is deliberately left out.

The problem

Tens of millions of records needed deduplication and suppression before use.

What we built

A data engine that deduplicates and suppresses across a 56.8-million-row dataset, partitioned for throughput.

The result

Clean, usable data produced from a raw multi-million-row source.

How it works

Raw multi-million-row datasets are rarely usable as delivered: duplicates, stale records, and entries that must be suppressed. The engine deduplicates and applies suppression across the full set — tens of millions of rows — partitioned so it stays fast at scale rather than choking on volume. Runs are repeatable and auditable, and what comes out the other side is clean, deduplicated data ready for use.

What it delivers

  • Deduplication across tens of millions of rows
  • Suppression against exclusion sets
  • Partitioned processing for throughput
  • Repeatable, auditable runs
  • Clean output ready for use

Where this fits

For any operation sitting on a large, messy dataset — marketing lists, member records, transaction logs — that has to be cleaned, deduplicated, and suppressed before it can be trusted, reported on, or used downstream.

Capabilities demonstrated

Presented honestly at its true evidence level. Sensitive internals, client-identifying detail, and proprietary logic are deliberately withheld.

FAQ

Large-Scale List Engine: questions we get asked.

How large a dataset does this actually handle?

Deduplication and suppression across a 56.8-million-row dataset, partitioned for throughput. Scale was designed for rather than discovered late.

What makes this different from running a spreadsheet de-dupe?

Volume and repeatability. At tens of millions of rows the work has to be partitioned and automated, and it has to produce the same result every time it runs — which a manual pass cannot.
